Jump, Tumble, and GOOOOO!!!!

Sorry for the delay in updates - I've been battling a gastrointestinal  bug.  Nothing too terrible, just feeling lousy and nauseous all the time, and having ab-so-lute-ly NO energy. It's almost like I'm pregnant... but we know that that is in NO..... WAY.... POSSIBLE!!!!  Thankfully, I'm definitely on the upswing, and even managed to eat dinner tonight.
In other, more pleasant news.....

Quinn and Shannon have been doing gymnastics on Tuesday mornings.  Quinn loves it - as does Shannon.  Shannon however, prefers to run around and do her own thing (clearly she is her mother's daughter!), while Quinn listens to his coach and tries his best to follow all the instructions.  Today was the last day for them, so I managed to get some sweet shots of the little rascals.
