More of : "The Things They Say"

Last night we were watching a new Scooby Doo movie.

After all, Scooby Doo is 'da BOMB in our house. So much so, that for family literacy day at school (where the kids could go to school dressed up as their favourite characters from a book), Aidan dressed up as Shaggy, and Quinn dressed up as Fred. It sounds like they should have been reversed since Quinn's the red-head, but I couldn't find brown pants for him (because as everyone who's anyone knows, Shaggy wears brown pants and a green shirt). But I digress....

Anyhow, in this particular Scooby Doo movie, one of the main characters is named Shannon. Well Shannon is sitting on the bed watching the movie looking very perplexed. She seemed to be getting more and more annoyed every time they said "Shannon". Finally, after they said "Shannon" for about the fourth time she yelled out:

"I'M RIGHT HERE!!!!"

I started howling!! She kept saying it over and over, and finally I had to explain that they were talking to the Shannon on TV, not to her. It was adorable.
