Ye Old Crossroads Village

Today we went on our annual trip to Crossroads Village.  The weather was a bit questionable, but we thought we'd risk it because we don't have any other day that we can go there this year.  Well it turns out (surprisingly enough!) the forecast was wrong, and it was a glorious day.

Here is a photo essay of our time there:

First you get a super-strong dude (in an encore performance from last year), a ladybug, a shadow ninja, and Cinderella to try to look at the camera at the same time.  Mmmmm..... not happening:

Then you start your walk to trick-or-treat:

You need to rely on big bro when things get confusing:
After all that walking you take a break and become entranced at the magic show:

Next, you snuggle with Dad on the train ride:

Oh yeah, did I mention that there was TONS of candy involved?

Relax and enjoy the gorgeous fall colours:

Then you burn of some of that sugary-energy by dashing through the maze:

And finally, Marin decided that this monster spider only needed one eye:

All in all, a sugar-filled, totally enjoyable way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
