1. The Cuisinart Smart Stick Hand Blender with whisk and chopper attachments. It's a mini-food processor! No wait, it can puree a soup in no time flat! No wait, it chops AND whisks! Whatever it is, I LOVE it. Smaller than my full size food processor, yet it has enough power to do the dirty work and chop, blend, puree, and whisk. Now if only it could wash itself too....
2. Vitamin E oil: I've been using it a ton since I burned my hand and it's the only thing that's keeping me from scratching my hand off. My hand is beginning to resemble a snake now, it's all scaly and peeling where the tea spilled. Darn Starbucks!
3. Photo albums courtesy of Shutterfly. During the year I hardly ever print photos. So my annual tradition has been to make a photo album of the highlights of our year. I make one for us, my parents and Chris' parents. It's a lot of work, but I love flipping through our yearly albums and looking at all the photos.
5. Shopping with the hubby for Christmas presents. I am not a shopper. Yet inevitably I always do the Christmas shopping. So, when the kids open their presents, it's as much a surprise to them as it is to Chris! This year he took a Friday off work so we could get all the Christmas shopping done. We went across the river, shopped, shopped, had a nice lunch at Chili's, shopped some more and then came home. We ended up getting about 80% of our Christmas shopping done. It was fantastic AND we actually got to spend some all important 'alone' time together. It's definitely something we'll have to make a tradition!
That's it for now!

Happy New Year to you guys! Shutterfly has been a topic for many bloggers this season and after seeing a few samples of what their books look like, I've been working on one for Danika recently. Too bad that my older kids were born before the digital age, but I guess they will have some traditional albums. It's great to know that you are a repeat customer.
