I have used the MotherWord calendar for the last four years and it has been great.
However..... you can't just fold that sucker up and throw it in your purse when you leave the house. This has created the ever annoying problem of "I dunno." Which is to say, if I'm out and about and I'm trying to make an appointment, schedule a playdate, book an event.... I always have to say: "I dunno - I'll have to wait until I go home and check my calendar." ARGH!!!!
Until now that is..... I discovered a free online calendaring system which is phenomenal. It's called Cozi and right now it's my new favourite thing. You go to their site and create a family account. Then you assign everyone a colour (which I did on our wall calendar, except I'd forget who's colour was who's and then it all got screwed up) and start entering all your stuff. What's awesome about this is that I can access it from work or home, and Chris can access it from work or his BlackBerry. This ends the perpetual "I dunno" because now we have access to our calendar where ever we are!
Now the only problem I've discovered with all this is that I need to upgrade my phone so I can download the Cozi app and have the calendar EVERYWHERE!!! Yes, I realize how pathetic it is that I get this excited over a calendar.
